Oven Omelet
8 eggs
1/2 cup half-and-half cream
1 cup (4 ounces) shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup finely chopped fully cooked ham
1/4 cup finely chopped green pepper
1/4 cup finely chopped onion
In a bowl, whisk the eggs and crem until light. Stir in the cheese, ham, green pepper and onion.
Pour into a greased 9 inch square baking dish. Bake at 400 degrees for 25 miinutes or until golden brown.

Hey there Carla. Just wondering how your headaches are doing these days. Hope they are becoming fewere and fewer. Did you see that machine that can hook to your head during the onset of a miagraine? It was featured on GMA yesterday morning. It looked very cool! I thought of you.
